We should distinguish the cleaning work done by AB glue coating machine before cleaning. It can be done by replacing glue and comprehensive cleaning.

Comprehensive Cleaning of Replacement Glue

 

1. Identify which cleaning solution is needed for rubber type cleaning.

 

2. Close the valve at the bottom of AB rubber drum.

 

3. Operating equipment discharges the remaining glue in rubber valves, high-pressure Teflon tubes and AB pumps, observes the change of glue quantity at the outlet of rubber valves, judges that the internal glue has been emptied and then cleans the AB glue coating machine.

4. Cut off the total power supply of the equipment before operation.

 

5. Remove the hose at the bottom of the barrel and open the valve to drain the excess glue from the barrel.

 

6. Close the valve at the bottom of the barrel, pour a proper amount of cleaning agent into the barrel, and thoroughly clean the remaining glue on the wall and bottom of the barrel to achieve the cleaning effect of AB glue coating machine.

 

7. Open the valve at the bottom of the barrel to drain the sewage. Residues are not allowed in the barrel.

 

8. Remove the AB pump and clean up the glue in the pump (personnel trained to disassemble and assemble the pump are required to operate the project).

 

9. Install the clean AB pump back to its original position and reconnect it to the hose of the bucket.

10. Replace the high-voltage Teflon tube.

 

11. Pour in new glue.

 

12. Open the equipment and then point the dispensing for 3-5 minutes to confirm that the AB glue dispensing machine is normal after cleaning.
